Shipping and Handling

Naptime ships using UPS. Charges are estimates by UPS according to shipping weight and destination. All order delivery times will vary based upon destination. We usually ship within 3 days of your order. Please allow 10 additional business days for delivery depending on your shipping destination.

Returns Policy

If an item is received damaged, please contact us (WITHIN 24 HOURS) at 1.206.353.4566 so that we can replace the item. If we are not contacted within 24 hours after the item is delivered, we cannot be held responsible for replacing the damaged item. Please keep the item and its original packing in order to receive a replacement. If you are unhappy with an item, simply return it with the packing slip, unused and in original condition, stating the reason for return within 7 days of receipt. We will issue a refund (excluding shipping charges) or an exchange if you so choose.

• Changing or Canceling Orders: Should you decide to change or cancel your order, please call us at 1.206.353.4566 immediately. If your order has already been processed, it may be too late to cancel the shipment. In this case, simply return the shipment by following the instructions above and we will refund the purchase price of the item. Unfortunately, the shipping costs are non-refundable.
